Admission Policy

On the admission of new students, the entrance exam and the bridging programs shall not be part of the admission process for this AY 2020-2021

Retention Policy

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)

• A BSCE student with failing grades in any Engineering/Major/Board/Technical subjects and gets a grade lower than 2.50 for the second time took the subject in the last term (semester/summer) attended shall no longer be accepted for continued enrollment in the Civil Engineering program.

• A BSCE student with failing grades in three (3) or more Engineering/Major/Board/Technical subjects in the last term (semester/summer) attended shall no longer be accepted for continued enrollment in the Civil Engineering program.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BSECE) Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCpE)

• For students who are admitted already in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering program shall be allowed continuous enrollment in the program provided that he/she passes the prerequisite subject(s) before taking the next subject(s).

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS), Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) and Bachelor of Multimedia Arts (BMmA)

• For students who are admitted already in Computer Science, Information Technology and Multimedia Arts program shall be allowed continuous enrollment in the program provided that he/she passes the prerequisite subject(s) before taking the next subject(s)

Effectivity

• The effectivity of this admission and retention policy will start this First Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021. This admission and retention policy is applicable only to the freshmen students, first year transferee from other schools and first year shiftee from other colleges, who are officially enrolled in the First Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021
