Payments can be made to accredited collection facilities.

  • Metrobank: Provide “Notre Dame University” as the Company Name, the student’s name as “Subscriber/Cardholder’s/Account Name”, and the student’s ID number as “Subscriber No. / Dealer No.”.

  • MLhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop: Provide the sender as “Student’s Name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial/cellphone number/Student’s ID number)” and the receiver as “Notre Dame University-Metrobank (C/A #: 074-7074900107)”.


After payment, present the payment slip/transaction receipt to the NDU Business Office or email a scanned copy to finance@ndu.edu.ph for an official receipt.

The ICT will send your student ID and password to your email address. If you did not receive it, you can send your concern to ict@ndu.edu.ph or visit their office at the 3rd floor of the Library building.

Payments made through Metrobank, RD, and Palawan Pawnshops will be reflected within 2 working days after the Business Office receives notification or a copy of the payment/transaction.

For payments made through Metrobank Gcash or Cebuana Lhuillier, you need to submit or email a copy of your transactions/confirmations to finance@ndu.edu.ph. Inquiries or transactions made on a weekend will be processed during the next working day, with a reply expected within 1-2 days.

  1. Fill out the Application for Refund Form (available at the Business Office).
  2. Schedule of filing is every Monday and Tuesday morning only.
  3. If sending a representative to claim the check, an authorization letter, a photocopy of the payee’s valid ID, and the representative’s valid ID are required.

You can download and print your SOA through your ISMIS account. If you lost your validated SOA, you need to request reissuance at counter 4 and pay the reissuance fee at counter 3.

  • Monday to Friday – 7:30 – 11:30 am / 1:00 – 5:00pm (except counter 3 – cut-off time 4:30pm)
  • Saturday – 7:30 – 11:00am (cut-off time)

  1. Secure an Affidavit of Loss.
  2. Fill out an Application Form for re-issuance of student ID at the ICT office.
  3. Pay the re-issuance ID fee at the Business Office.

Working Student Scholarship (WOLAR)

  • Application is open every semester.

  • You can visit the Office for Social Development (OSD) at the Technical Building or call them at (064) 421-2698 local no. 353 for details.

 

Academic Scholarships

  • Valedictorian: High School Valedictorians receive free tuition fees during their first semester, provided they belong to a graduating class of not less than 100 students.

  • Salutatorian: High School Salutatorians receive 50% free tuition fee during their first semester, provided they belong to a graduating class of not less than 100 students.

  • Honor Students: First Honor students receive full exemption from tuition fees, and Second Honor students receive a 50% discount in tuition fees. These privileges can be enjoyed in succeeding semesters if the student enrolls.

  • Note: For Academic Scholars, grades in PE and NSTP should not be below 2.50 or 80%; no subject should have been dropped during the semester, and the student must have enrolled in at least fifteen (15) academic units for the semester.
